Years ago, before Cory and Saranya ever laid eyes on each other, they began their individual journeies to see the world. Both born and raised in Utah, they knew there was more to see and learn beyond our borders.

Cory landed in Barcelona, Spain for his first destination abroad, pursuing a strong desire to learn the language. He lived in Barcelona for more than three months, going to an international school of language. He also explored other parts of Europe including: Prague, Paris, Nice, Vienna, Munich, Berlin, and Amsterdam. He also found a second home in Costa Rica, traveling there many times.

Saranya began her travels at a very young age. Her first destination abroad was beautiful Thailand, the homeland of her parents. She spent countless summers there, refining her skills at speaking Thai and enjoying the food. Over time she would also visit: Mexico, Fiji, Australia, New Zealand, London and other parts of Europe. 

The two of them met in the fall of 2015 and found they have a love of travel in common. As of 2022 both retired from full time jobs, allowing even more time to travel and explore new opportunites. Together they have traveled all over Spain, Mexico, London, Italy, and more of Costa Rica and Thailand. They have enjoyed planning trips and creating itineraries for all of their exploration, documenting each step. It was a natural progression to open their own boutique travel agency, and Global Stamp Travel was born.
